Helpful Links To See What Each State Is Doing About IDT!

I thought it would be good to include a list of links that provides information on what laws are being passed, statutes, and what fines can be expected to be given for Identity Theft. Keep in mind, if you are looking for laws for this year, go to the previous year for what is in effect now. All of these websites can help you find additional information for whatever State you live in. If your State does not have Identity Theft Laws, contact your State Senators and Congressmen ASAP. This problem is not going to go away!
